CERTIFIED POTATO SEED
All of our potato tubers are certified with the Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries Water and Environment as part of the Tasmanian Certified Seed Potato Scheme. The growing crops are visually inspected to determine if they generally conform to the variety description & to the standards of freedom from disease. A visual inspection of random samples of the graded product is also conducted to ensure optimum quality & assurance.
GARLIC BULBS
Our garlic bulbs are sourced from a certified organic farm (in conversion) and are grown & processed in a chemical free environment. If ordering towards the end of the season, it should be noted that some bulbs may show signs of sprouting.
SAFFRON CORMS & NEW ZEALAND YAM
Our saffron corms & NZ Yam tubers are hand picked & inspected ensuring high quality.
