(Brassica oleracea var. acephala)  Rare heirloom also known as 'Walking Stick Cabbage'.   A giant tree kale with very large, slightly crumpled, green leaves produced on a strong, tall 'trunk'.  Plant height 1-2m.  Continually harvest bottom leaves as plant grows avoiding damage to the growing tip.  The result is a tall 'tree-like' plant with a trunk.   Best with leaves eaten raw in salads, or as a feed supplement for chooks.  49 - 63 days.  350 seeds
