Heirloom.  Tapering, yellow to red fruit, 15cm in length.  Sweet flavour with no heat.  100 seeds

HINT: Capsicum are frost sensitive.  In cooler areas, dig up bushes in Autumn, pot and place inside to ripen fruit into winter.  Plant out again in Spring.

To make paprika:  Dry thin strips of capsicum in the sun, or warm oven until they snap rather than bend.  Grind in blender, or coffee grinder.  Store in a sealed jar in dry, dark place.  (May need to be redried & ground depending on fineness).
