(Phaseolus vulgaris) Rare heirloom dating back to 1790's.  Originating from the variety ‘Beautiful’. Green, medium length, stringless, slightly stumpy, flat pods with highly attractive maroon & white seeds with pattern resembling a  yin-yang symbol. Produced on semi-climbing bush.  Good flavour.  Produces well into Late Autumn hence the name 'Frost'.  Harvest young for use as fresh green bean, or leave to mature for use as legume (recommended). 88 days.  35 seeds
