Harvest whole pods when young for use like green bean either boiled, blanched or steamed, or shell green pods to obtain the fresh bean inside which may be used like a broad bean. May also be left to mature and used as a dried bean for making tofu, soy flour and soymilk. Best grown in temperate and subtropical climates. 80-90 days
