(Capsicum chinense)  Heirloom from Trinidad also known as 'Moruga Scorpion' named after the region it comes from.  Bright red, wrinkled, rounded fruit with sweet heat followed by a slow build.  At first bite it seems mild, but flavour progresses until a super intense heat after about 1 minute.  Produced on bush to 1m high with fruit ripening from green to red.  Very high yields.  10 seeds

Heat unit 10++++  (greater than 1.2 million Scoville Heat Units)

CAUTION:  Serious injury can result from eating and processing this fruit.  It is highly recommended that this chilli is not grown in gardens with small children.  When processing seed it is recommended that you wear protective eye glasses, gloves & face mask.  (The first time we processed the seed from this insanely super hot variety, we didn't wear protective clothing & suffered for the next 20 hours with a pain that felt like your hands were on fire with no relief in sight).   Not nice!!!!!!!  :)
