(Lycopersicon esculentum)  Attractive, medium, yellow - green fruit (when ripe) to 6cm across, with deep lime green vertical stripes & emerald green, mild tasting, creamy flesh.  High yields.  Medium sized bush; may be grown without stakes, but best staked to keep fruit off ground.  Developed in 1985 by heirloom tomato breeder Tom Wagner of Tater Mater Seeds.  75-90 days

Question:  How do I know when a green tomato is ripe?
Answer:  Hold the fruit gently, feeling for firmness and the slight 'give' characteristic of ripe, red tomatoes.
