Roast 'snips are yum!

By: on 2 August 2016
Hollow Crown are a good all purpose parsnip for roasting, puréeing and steaming. Lovely long, sweet and soft when cooked. Can also be blanched and frozen as I do and used up to three years later with no loss of texture or taste. Easy to grow and I companion with climbing beans. No pest problems that I have encountered.
