***NOT TO WA***  (Rheum rhabarbarum)  Heirloom.  Perennial.  Long, brilliant red stalks with excellent flavour - one of the sweetest varieties available.  Hardy variety producing high yields.  Harvest almost all year round.  Stems used cooked (mainly in desserts).  Leaves poisonous & used in garden as insecticide.  Pick outside stems as required.
