(Brassica alba)  Heirloom grown for its seeds in making the condiment 'mustard'.  Use seeds whole in pickles or toasted for use in cooked dishes.  Due to less volatile oils it is known to be milder in flavour than common black mustard. Young leaves may be used cooked or raw.  Heating the leaves reduces the heat.  Easy to grow.  1200 seeds
