***NOT TAS, NT, SA, WA***  (Ipomea batatas)  Medium sized tuber with purple skin and purple flesh.  Much higher in antioxidants compared with traditional orange fleshed varieties and also less sweet with less water content than the traditional orange sweet potatoes.  Plant displays heart shaped, green leaves with green stems.  Hardy and disease resistant.  Produces well even in cool areas.

Available as:

Slips - Cuttings with roots ready to plant (most popular option)

Note:  Please allow 7-10 working days for order to be dispatched.  We cut the slips fresh from the vine upon receipt of your order.  They are then allowed to sit and form roots.  We then wait until the beginning of the week to dispatch so that they arrive to you in optimum condition.
