***COMING SOON***  The original yogurt culture that was brought over from Romania by Rabbi Yonah Schimmel in the late 1800s.  Rabbi Yonah Schimmel started his knish business in New York selling from a pushcart, and the bakery restaurant has been operating at its current location since 1910.  A superior yoghurt which may be used over and over using the last batch to make the next - eternally!  
May also be used to make other products such as labneh.  

1 tablespoon dried culture.
