Jun is a relative of kombucha and is brewed in the same way, except it is fermented using honey and green tea as opposed to sugar and black tea.  While the flavour of Jun is similar to the flavour of Kombucha, the honey flavour in Jun is prevalent and causes it to taste creamy.

Basically, Jun tea is a pleasant, fermented tea drink containing various living yeasts & bacteria.  It is made using a Jun Culture, also known as ‘Mother’ or ‘SCOBY’ (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast’).  The Jun Culture resembles a large pancake & varies in thickness depending on the acidity of the tea medium & the length of time the culture has been left to ferment.

HOW DO I USE JUN?

Jun may be taken like any beverage on its own served with or without ice.

The actual Jun Culture may also be used dried as a substitute for leather, blended and used as a facial mask, stretched & dried then used as a canvas for painting....... just to name a few.

Package contains 1 Jun Culture & Instruction Booklet.
Express Posted via Australia Post at the beginning of each week.
