Kefir is the product resulting from the addition of kefir grains to milk which is then left over time to culture.    

BENEFIT:    It provides beneficial bacteria, lactic acid, enzymes & B Vitamins. 

HOW DO I USE KEFIR? 
Kefir may be used in a similar way as yoghurt & sour cream in dressings, smoothies, or sauces & as a starter for culturing nuts & seeds. Also used externally.
