(Cucurbita maxima)  Australian heirloom dating back to the gold mining era of Victoria around the 1950's.  Thick, tough, slightly bumpy skin which is characteristically hard to cut (hence the name!) but has great storage ability.  Bright orange thick flesh with small seed cavity.  Flesh is dry but sweet.  Extremely rare variety.  12 seeds
