Begins black in colour maturing to a shady grey-orange then a tan, light brown colour upon full maturity.  Thin, exceptionally sweet flesh with large seed cavity.  Has an interesting & unusual appearance of being mouldy even though it is not.  Stores up to 6 months.  Excellent when roasted with skin on.  High yields with 4-5 fruit per plant.  100 days.  25 seeds
