BULB: Large, flattened bulbs with easy to peel cloves in one layer
TYPE: Hardneck. Weakly Bolting.
FLAVOUR: Hot when raw. Mild when cooked.
GROWING AREAS: TAS to Southern QLD, SA, Mid & Southern WA. Best grown in areas with cold to mild winters and warm to hot spring & summers. Tolerates some humidity.
STORAGE: Short to Medium
PLANTING & HARVEST: Early to Mid Season. Bulbs mature rapidly so harvest quickly. No need to remove scape as removal doesn't affect bulb size.
