BULB:  Large, flattened or teardrop shaped bulbs.  Multiple clove layers.

TYPE:  Softneck - easy to braid.

FLAVOUR:  Mild to hot with early flavour when roasted

GROWING AREAS:  TAS to Southern QLD, SA, WA.  Does best in areas with hot dry sumers with low humidity.

STORAGE:  Medium to Long - 6 to 8 months

PLANTING & HARVEST:  Early to Mid Season.  Easy to handle, harvest & clean as they don't have scapes.
