Most people think that when you eat a banana, you have just eaten the best part of the fruit.  Its sweet, healthy and nutritious but what happens to the skin?  It usually goes to the chickens (who don't actually eat banana skins) or just gets tossed.

It usually goes to the chickens (who don't actually eat banana skins) or just gets tossed into the bin.  But what if there was a better way?

A way that involves giving back to the tree it originally came from?

Banana skin fertilizer is the answer.

This is a great method for putting **potassium (which tomato plants thrive on) and phosphorus back into the soil** to make it more nutrient dense.

Its also very easy (and cheap!!!) to make.
